I can't say I've tried too many scar creams but among the ones i have this is the only one that I ACTUALLY saw my scars reduce over time. It is perfect to use at night when I have on my night cream over it. This cream is not at all greasy. It seems to disappear, and my night cream is a little tacky, so my CPAP mask doesn't slip around. 8 hours of scar cream. Voila. SPF 30 is a nice feature. I am sure this will come in handy. When I do not want an oily mess in Summer this will work well under a good moisturizer and sunscreen. Very nice.
