I haven't tried a bigger cup. **Q: Can you stack packets like the pic shows or does it end up being a case where you just throw them in a heap and if so, do they stay in the holder?** A: I love this tray organizer. I purchased 2 for the company I work for and have been very happy with them. If you put the sugar in as the picture shows it will stay like that. Don't get stuck on following how the picture has organized the items. I have done my contents entirely different, it is very versatile, made well, love it. **Q: How cn I return one of these that came broken? It says not eligable for return and I cannot find a way to contact the seller.** A: I have no idea. I didn't return mine, because I had already put the box in recycling.
