This is the most effective. They can be turned into a triangle to set on a counter or shelf or they can be attached to a surface as one long rectangular strip. They are incredibly sticky/tacky which makes it a little hard for them to fly away. I set them out 2-3 in the kitchen at one time which collects a lot of moths in a week to two weeks.
