**Q: Does it have to be sprayed-on? I'd like to apply using a paint brush.**
A: Yes you can brush it on but may need to make more coats to get the thickness right.  Honestly I think I would roll it on if you didn't want to spray it.

A: It says it is black but truthfully it is really just dark grey....not true black.

I posted a YouTube video testing its effectiveness on a semi truck fuel tank. We were testing its ability to keep tank temperatures down and it performed well. It’s easy to apply and clean up and you can apply it in a variety of textures. I do think it’s too expensive.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect spray on insulater with multiple uses

I first bought this product to spray the inside of my motorcycle aluminum saddle bags. After a few coats of Lizard Skin both of my saddle bags became mini ice chests!This year I used it to insulate steel columns that were acting as giant cold sinks in my all-glass and steel country house. With snow on the roof during winter the icy temps would travel down the interior steel columns to radiate the cold enough to feel it from a few feet away. After spraying the columns with two coats, not only did this cold transfer stop but the Lizard Skin texture became an architectural plus!
