I noticed some folks saying it's too small for their hands, but this product isn't supposed to be GRIPPED with your hands like a traditional steering knob. You are supposed to use this with the PALM of your hand, and your fingers flat out, so they stay out of your way. I drive a very small car with no power steering. I became disabled after I already had my car for a year so I bought a steering knob to get around that fact. It helped but kept coming loose. That's not a problem with this one! I LOVE this thing.The ONLY possible problem I can foresee is if your steering wheel is too small or too big for the rubber inserts to make a perfect fit. And you NEED a good snug fit for it to work safely and not kill everyone else on the road.REMEMBER, IF YOU ARE NOT DISABLED, THESE ARE NOT STREET LEGAL! But it was so affordable, I just bought another to replace that piece.
