It's only ok. I was expecting a super great backpack because of great YouTube video reviews, but I found it difficult to pack because the material inside and out is too stiff. The size is great, the details are beautiful, and the water bottle pockets on the outside are awesome. The only thing I don't love are the insulated bottle pockets on the inside they take up a ton of space when not in use. I nurse my daughter so I never use them and I could fit my stuff a little easier without them.
