This was a birthday gift for my niece & she loved it.

While it feels very well made, my daughter started getting problems with the sound and now it doesn't work at all. This Woolly has a good size, and my daughter loved it. The 3 starts (if not less) was because the battery last for so small period that it doesn't worth the money you pay. And when my daughter asked me to change the batteries, I found out there's no way to do that, shame.

Toy is nearly perfect. The only let down in the toy is that you can not change the battery after it dies. My daughter wants me to keep on pressing the button to make woolly talk. When the battery dies the toy will be put aside.

As a cuddly toy it's ok. However, there's no mention that you can't change the battery and that it only lasts on average 6 months. That little fact should be highlighted on the website. I feel this was hidden on purpose otherwise you wouldn't buy it.

This was a treat for my daughter , woolly is huge! Super soft has great sounds! Shame that we are unable to replace batteries once they have worn out! Highly recommend!
