Over the last two week I’ve worn it for about 20-30 mins a night and I felt a different after day one!!It’s supportive, and give it time and I’m sure I’ll be in perfect posture. Fallow the directions, never use it more than 2 hours a day or you will become dependent of it!I wear size L/XL shirts so I ordered the largest size and it fits comfortably, it’s soft and comfortable and it’s good quality material. Definitely feeling it pull my shoulders back so I’m not slouching.
