Review: Very Responsive - I had bought a new treadmill and, knowing it was a cheaply-made (and cheap) one, decided to purchase a 3-year warranty from Asurion (throughdesertcart). When the treadmill failed after two years and I contacted Asurion for a repair, I was afraid I would have a protracted back-and-forth with them, but they responded right away and issued me a full refund on my purchase price. I was impressed, and would definitely consider buying a policy from them again.

I had to get chat help bc my ebike product didn't have a sku or product number. The gal was super helpful in setting up my claim. I recieved an email within minutes asking for photos and Asurion claim info. I replied to email which doesn't work you have to Click the Button in the email to go to the page to submit your photos. After that I got an email saying your claim has been approved here is your desertcart credit number. Just applied it and bought a new ebike that comes this week yeah!

I had a motorized scoot and used this company for warranty service. The scooter stopped working about 2 years in and I sent my claim in. After just 48 hours the ordered parts and attempted to fix it. Unfortunately they were unable to but sent me 100% of the cost of the item in the form of an Amazon gift card. Was able to get another scooter and you better believe I insured the new one as well. Great fast service and I’m pleased.
