The hull was bad. You could run your hand down it and get what chalk all Ofer your palm. Aqua Buff took it all off. Keep in mind this needs to be run wet almost as a slurry so keep a spray bottle of water with you and do not let it get dry. Next use a rotory buffer with a wool pad. I used 2000 rpm.This is not a wax, so after you use this for best results you will want to polish and then wax.
