They ar ugh more comfortable to use than the rubber ones because they material doesn’t grab or pull your skin. And it is wide so it is supportive as well. 3 different resistances so you can change according to what your needs are- if you aren’t quite strong enough for the big one or you are doing lots of reps and need a smaller one so you don’t fatigue- very good set. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality and value *by F***A on March 16, 2019* Good quality came in nice packaging. The largest one is too big for me so I’m taking the medium size. It’s great quality. It adds some resistance to your legs and butt while you are doing all kinds of squats. This adding more challenges. If you want to go to a more difficult squats level, you should get this.
