My condition is that serious that I have contemplated suicide many, many times. I have tried just about everything (including traditional medicine, psychotherapy, holistic medicine, mindfulness-based meditation, CBT, self-help books - you name it, I've probably tried it) to alleviate my symptoms and I honestly expected this cream to be as useless as everything else I've tried (except for mindfulness-based meditation that I perform on a daily basis and which I believe has been of some assistance). I have been using it as recommended, twice a day, but really didn't have much faith that it would help. However, contrary to what I believed, this cream seems to be WORKING. I noticed that my mood has improved and although I wouldn't say I'm 'cured', this is the first time in years I have felt some hope. I obviously have no proof that this cream is what has helped and/or that it would have the same effect on anyone else, but all I know is that my mood started to improve within a short time of beginning to use this cream, and that I haven't been doing anything else differently than what I have always done (I might add that I wasn't applying it and sitting around thinking "Is it working?"; I'd simply apply the cream and never give it another thought). I've now reordered my second tube and all I can say is that I hope to God it never stops being made.
