The 25yr old base unit works perfectly, so all I needed was a headset with the 4pin quick disconnect the M22 has. The EncorePro 520 QD is virtually an exact replacement that works perfectly. I also like the more controllable boom on this new headset vs. the old one. I don't have a lot of background noise to best the cancellation feature, but it's there. It is comfortable to wear, and light weight.
