I was so annoyed that I had to buy another one! It was a great change from wearing shoulder purses that would hurt my shoulder over time. However after only having the backpack purse for under 3 months, the fabric on the inside of the bag is coming loose and getting all over the place. I also find the zippers at the top of the bag to be quite troublesome to handle when either of them ends up on the far end of the bag. It's becomes very difficult to close and I find myself struggling to zip the bag close again and sometimes have to just leave it open temporarily. I'm very disappointed that I have to replace this bag already due to its lack of durability.
