Let's back up a bit, I check my blood work every year with a screening service and my levels are not real low but they are not real high, the levels are in between midrange and low. Just after taking them 2 days, my dark circles have almost disappeared and I feel less tired. I put these on auto ship for now. My sister eyes look like my used to, so I will give her a 2 week supply trial. They came in like 2 days!
