It says to take a scoop in the morning and a scoop at night. I took a half scoop first just to see how it felt. 60 minutes later I was calmer, happier, more focused and motivated, and that feeling lasted all day. I didn't even take the night dose. It tasted great especially considering all the nutrients combined in it. I've tried other powdered combo supplements and they're all mixed with artificial colors and flavors, which I hate the taste and also the nasty unhealthy chemicals in my body.
