I had originally used a power supply designed for car-type devices but it generated a lot of electrical noise, disrupting communication with the temperature sensors (DS18B20). This unit works perfectly. I went for the 20A to provide some spare power, so I'm not driving it hard. It gets quite warm supplying a constant 10A, but I don't know how normal that is. It doesn't show any sign of overheating. I haven't put it in an enclosure, but neither is there a fan blowing on it. The 110/240v switch is a little tricky to get at. Mine came already set to 240v. Review: good value - Brought this to run an Network AP. The AP came with a standard power pack plug which was just to bulky for my needs. This was slim and could be mounted in the Distribution Board.
