I have both. This one is much more firm and holds its shape. The boppy flattens out. My one complaint is that this is just a pillow (no case). I bought a boppy pillow case for it, but it was right and I was worried it would flatten the pillow. I’ve put it in the wash a couple of times and it’s turned out fine.
