I still don’t like the foam, but I’m coming in to say even if you have any problems with your product it might take them a while to respond but they WILL make it better!! I love the colors, I love that they’re quiet, I love the wooden discs when they have them in stock. And I love them so much I got four and out of that four only one makes a funny noise but I contacted the seller and they are sending me a replacement. I highly recommend these turners and if things keep up I will probably be ordering more!!! I have made many cups with these turners.

So I have been making cups for a while now and I have 2 turners that my husband made but I needed more turners so I purchased 2 of these. I was very hesitant about ordering these but I am very glad that I did. They work perfectly and are holding up very well! And I LOVE that they are hot pink! Also these turners are super quiet!

This tumbler is very quite and works great so far. The only complaint is that the sizes for the cups did not fit a small tumbler, which I purchased from the $1 Store. I went cheap for my first tumbler, as I want to see if it works. Luckily, my husband is creative, and found a lid and drilled a hole into the lid, and we took off the small tumbler holder and placed it on it.

They are quiet , hence the 1 star, after three tumblers turning they are REAL quiet because they quit working properlyTo attach the rod to the tumbler you need a magnifying glass and better be quickUpdate : Both are dead as a doorknob now. Not sure why it said ‘pink’ when I ordered as the turners we received are made out of flimsy wannabe metal and the tumblers tipped forward from the beginning leaving a epoxy ring on the bottom. Also, no metal rod, plastic with the tiniest hole for a tiny screw. DONT PURCHASE

Great cup turner! I was very impress with this machine. Love that it is sturdy and you don’t need a foam football or any foam product to hold the tumbler in place.I read the reviews and people complained about their tumblers falling. I’ve made a few and it was VERY sturdy! You MUST screw in the piece we’ll for it not to fall (not rocket science people).I can’t wait for them to offer different size turners (especially for wine glasses).

Works great no issues is super quiet. Cute colors and the wooden disk works great for holding tumblers no issues with falling off or anything.... only reason why it didnt get 5 stars is because I've only used it a couple time so I dont know how it will last.

This was great. At first I struggled with the cup not falling off but i used the smaller arm and and it was perfect. It was quiet enough i could hardly hear it as i left it spin through the night. The bolt is a little hard to tighten and loosen but i just used a rubber jar opener and it worked like a charm

I’ve only had the turner for a couple of days but in that time I’ve worked it a lot. I have to say that I really like it so far. This is a real review by a real tumbler maker! Not paid nor asked to do this. Don’t let the cheaper price make you think it won’t work well because it does. I can’t speak on longevity yet but I like it enough to order 2 more.
