Review: Wow, wow, Wow ~ SO Good~!!! - I'm incredibly impressed!! I had no idea that tumeric could taste this good!! It actually tastes FRESH and like your favorite curry seasoning!! It tastes authentic to Thai (or Indian) flavors~!! And, for it to contain the "curcumin" for best absorption of the miraculous benefits of tumeric is perfect!! While I appreciate the big bang for the buck, I funnel it into an empty spice container for ease of use and to better control how it now sprinkles onto food--yes, it tastes delicious sprinkled onto food 😍 Enjoy~ the taste & health benefits!!
Review: TURMERIC AS A WAY OF LIFE. - TURMERIC is a necessary herb to add for a healthy diet. I like to fix GOLDEN MILK for myself fairly often, and blend in other herbs like Ginger, Black Pepper and Cayenne pepper with honey and a milk substance. It's delicious, and it's a good antioxidant. I know a little bit about Ayurvedic medicine, and herbs such as Turmeric is recommended as a way to balance my Kapha dosha, along with Ginger, cayenne pepper, black pepper and other warming, stimulating herbs.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What kind of turmeric is this?**
A: Curcuma longa root, dried and milled fine. Pure turmeric and nothing else - no colours, no fillers, no anti-caking agents.

**Q: How much curcumin does it have?**
A: North of three percent, higher than a lot of food grade turmeric on the shelf. That is what gives the deep golden colour and a clean earthy taste rather than a harsh one.

**Q: How do I cook with it?**
A: Bloom a pinch in hot oil at the start of a dish, stir it through dals, curries, rice and roast vegetables, or whisk a quarter teaspoon into warm milk.

**Q: How much should I use?**
A: Start with about a quarter teaspoon - it colours a whole pot. Too much turns the dish bitter, and it stains, so wipe worktops straight away.

**Q: Where is it from and how is it packed?**
A: Product of India, milled at source and packed in a resealable PET jar. Salt free, vegan, NON-GMO and Kosher.
