Discotek please release this in HD, because God Mars did released on HD Blu-Ray in Japan without English subtitles.

私のREGZAでも動きました。画質も高画質。当時Blu-ray日本版を買ったけど彼方はカラオケCDが付属してましたがOVAは入ってなかったし、劇場版も入ってなかったので個人的には此で２回目の購入になりますが劇場版とOVAが目的かも。しかし、テレビシリーズと劇場版とOVAでたったのディスク2枚で収まってしまう。Blu-rayは大量に収録しても画質が落ちないのか、７話移行も高画質のまんま。やはり日本版は設けることしか頭に無いようですね。w因みに音声もクリアなステレオですね。4:3画面なので縦黒帯は成ります。音声設定は、機材によって異なりますが、リモコンの決定ボタンでアリか無しかを押して選んだら赤くなるので、そのあとリモコンの右か左を押して退場してオール再生でスタートします。変な会社名やドルビーなんちゃらのクレジットも無いまま、直ぐに主題歌から始まるので見るのにもそんなにストレスにはなりませんね。スタッフのクレジットや次回予告も流れるのでimportの割には確り収録されてました。珍しいタイプかも。

横山光輝のSFマンガを、これでもかッ！とばかりに換骨堕胎した展開にめまいを覚えた記憶があります。丁度この時分だったよな合体せずば巨大ロボットに非ず！てな風潮が巷に蔓延してたのは？学校出て勤めはじめた時期でもあり、本放送を2クール弱、あと劇場版しか見てなかったゴッドマーズの活躍。まさか、この年になって見返すことになろうとは…。第１話の初っ端で語られるノが１９８２年の“惑星直列”だったり時代を感じるな～。TVシリーズ、５クールと劇場版、O･V･A(コレは知らなかった！）を２枚組Blu-rayディスクに詰め込んでるとのことでさすがに画質とか、ガラにもなく心配しましたが、全然OKでした！特典満載で豪華なパッケージ、現代の技術を尽くした画像補整でン万円するBOXもワルくはないがこういうのが可能なら、もっと選択肢として出てきて欲しい商品形態では？
