There were no adjustments possible. Additionally, the cup diameter was much too large for the BB Sun umbrella handle to sit snugly without wedging something else in there. The umbrella was useless I could find a different cart attachment. This attachment I am reviewing arrived within 48 hours and is fantastic. The design is well thought out and the plastic is very sturdy. I can adjust it quickly in 2 different ways and make it exactly right for me. It came with an adapter that fits the square indentation on my cart made for the umbrella holder, (as well as a clamp if you want to put it on a tubular handle). The 3rd adjustment knob should hold any umbrella handle snugly.
