It moves left, right, forward and backwards Review: very useful - good to fit Review: Impressed - I am impressed with this product. I used it to attach an umbrella to a chair on a small balcony and it works very well. I like that it moves side to side and backward and forward to follow the sun. I read a couple of reviews where people said the holder slips and doesn't stay in place. But the "gears" are racheted so I don't know how they can slip. Maybe these people mean the mounting piece slips on whatever they have it attached to. But I tightened up the screws as far as I could and it seems to fit very securely. I AM ADDING TO THE PREVIOUS REVIEW, ABOVE. NOW THAT I HAVE USED THIS FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS I AGREE WITH THE OTHERS WHO SAID THE PRODUCT SLIPS...THE WEIGHT OF THE UMBRELLA CAUSES THE HOLDER TO SLIP ON WHATEVER IT IS MOUNTED TO (IN MY CASE A CHAIR, BUT SAME CIRCUMFERENCE AS A GOLF CART) WHEN THE UMBRELLA IS IN A DIAGONAL POSITION (NOT STRAIGHT UP AND DOWN). THE COMPANY TRIED TO DEAL WITH THIS BY ADDING SOME STICKY PATCHES TO THE MOUNTING PIECE, BUT IT IS NOT SUFFICIENT TO PREVENT SLIPPAGE. ## Features - Fits nearly any round or oval tubing - Adjustable internal width for different sized handles - Clamp mechanism fits any round or oval tubing - Adjustable internal width for different sized umbrella handles - Adjusts to move umbrella left or right, forward or backward ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B000FH6CS2 | | Best Sellers Rank | #11,542 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #42 in Golf Cart Accessories #80 in Fishing Accessories | | Brand Name | Bag Boy | | Canopy Material | Blend | | Care instructions | Wipe With Dry Cloth | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.1 out of 5 stars 1,056 Reviews | | Fabric type | Ultra Light Tubing | | Frame Material | Steel | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00040782177019 | | Handle Material | Stainless Steel | | Included Components | 1 | | Indoor Outdoor Usage | Outdoor | | Item Dimensions W x H | 3.7"W x 3.6"H | | Item Shape | Round | | Item Type Name | Bag Boy Umbrella Holder | | Item Weight | 490 g | | Manufacturer | Bag Boy Company | | Material | Blend | | Model Name | Umbrella | | Model Number | BB17701 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Opening Mechanism | Crank Lift | | Origin | Made in the USA and Imported | | Part Number | BB17701 | | Pattern | Solid | | Product Care Instructions | Wipe With Dry Cloth | | Recommended Uses For Product | Golfing | | Shaft Material | Steel | | Size | One Size | | Special Features | Adjustable Height | | Specific Uses For Product | Rain | | Style | Umbrella | | Target Audience | Adult | | UPC | 040782177019 781678053832 040782111112 751738412893 | | Umbrella Tilt Mechanism | Manual Tilt | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | 90-Day | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Bag Boy - **Color:** Black - **Frame Material:** Kunststoff - **Handle Material:** Stainless Steel - **Recommended Uses For Product:** Golfing - **Shaft Material:** Steel - **Shape:** Round - **Special Feature:** Adjustable Height - **Specific Uses For Product:** Rain - **Target Audience:** Adult ## Images ![Golf Umbrella Holder - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51mVPhq4D8L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ very useful *by P***U on August 25, 2026* good to fit ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Impressed *by H***N on April 20, 2019* I am impressed with this product. It holds the umbrella firmly, even in a moderate breeze. My only issue (and it may only be a perceived issue) is that when I go over a rough area with my push cart, the mechanism moves and vibrates and I fear that over time it will crack and fail. No problems yet (I've only had to use it once), so time will tell. ## Frequently Bought Together - Bag Boy Golf Umbrella Holder - Bag Boy Nitron Push Cart - Bag Boy Golf Push Cart Seat --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/1223360-golf-umbrella-holder](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/1223360-golf-umbrella-holder) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
