I contacted the company and they were VERY responsive. Sent me a prepaid shipping label, issued me a refund immediately. I truly appreciate this excellent level of customer service. Yes, the sensor can be sensitive, but I’d much rather it be too responsive than waving my hand under it like a crazy person and never triggering the sensor. It took about 25 swipes past the sensor to prime the pump but now it works like a charm.
