I have ordered several brands online since our return, but this is my favorite. In general, coconut syrup must be refrigerated after opening, and you have to take it out of the refrigerator twenty or thirty minutes ahead of time to allow the syrup to soften. Of course, more often than not, I would forget to take it out of the refrigerator, and the syrups just would not pour. This syrup maintains the perfect viscosity even when chilled. Also, it is delicious on our weekly Sunday morning pancakes. Once we got home we realized our mistake and lucked out when we found this syrup online. It has a great taste to it and it is the perfect compliment to the pancakes. If you are looking for a touch of Hawaii for breakfast then you should give these a try.
