I ordered this to work on an older GM vehicle with recessed 5.5 mm hex head screws in a narrow shaft. The driver head on this is very narrow, so it fit just fine (unlike my generic multi-bit screwdriver or my Craftsman 7/32 1/4"-drive socket). If you want a magnet for this, find an old, scrapped white MacBook and rip the magnets out of the display (in the top, behind the bezzle). Stick one of them on the driver's shaft. Otherwise, just magnetize the screwdriver periodically. Review: Excellent tool, but not magnetic - Comfortable tool that should last a lifetime.
