The interwebs said it could be from the cap being too tight - well I had long hair, so it made enough sense. Since day 1 of using this new swim cap, no headaches!! It fit all my hair (v thick, almost midway between shoulder and waist), PLUS it covers my ears! Which is so nice! Especially because I use ear plugs, so they're not getting pushed out all the time anymore. Finally, as for the people saying their hair got wet with it - yeah, it's a swim cap. It's not a force field. I don't know why/how people would expect dry hair 🤷‍♀️P.S.
