Just reverse the motion for the other hand. So for your right hand the wrap begins by going under the wrist, while for your left it begins by going over the top. **Q: How do I know what size to order?** A: It just depends on how much support you feel you need. I don't like to wrap my wrist to much so the shorter ones are best for me. **Q: How wide are they?** A: Mmm id say around 15-20 cm? Theyre wide enough to cover the wrist area and some.
