I spoke to the seller they washed their hands as it was over 30 days old, called Montpellier customer service and it was the worst customer service, they put up so many barriers before they send someone out and even then I was told 10 working days. I paid a appliance specialist to come out today to look at it and he told me this product was of very poor quality and he would not recommend it to anyone. Even the screws for the top were treaded through and poor metal used to produce this, there is no fan to cool the glass which makes it very dangerous when using the oven. Absolutely regret buying this product, I expected more input from desertcart to the seller to help resolve this. Strongly recommend do not buy this product or make from anywhere. The legs were weak and two arrived damaged and more issues.
