Light doesn't come on at all when power goes out. Tested a million times. No there are not 2 positions on the switch, there never were, no having it turned on first when you plug it in doesn't matter, power going out does nothing regardless of what you do. Leaving it just as a very weak dim crap flashlight, defeating the whole idea. **Q: Where are the instructions?** A: I really don’t remember instructions. I just plugged it in and it worked.
