**Q: What is the maximum hardness removal on this unit ?**
A: Not sure the amount, but the last one I installed was off the scale & it seems to be doing good

**Q: What is the warranty on this product?**
A: I think the parts are 1 year and the tank is 5, the manufacture has it in specs.

**Q: Is this all original Fleck components and tank or mixed?  There are so many of these models on Amazon that it is very confusing.**
A: It is all Fleck components.

**Q: How many amps does the unit draw? I want to run it on the same circuit as my dishwasher.**
A: Not much, it has an on board backup batter, the plug dc converter says 15w input, 400 milli amp output. No not much at all
