Overall, this cover is nice. However, it's design is awkward as it is NOT the same material on both sides of the cover.I wish I would have read with more detail. And, I wish the seller and manufacturer would be much clearer about the fact that his cover has TWO sides made with TWO different materials per side.Now, this idea would be great for a mattress cover, or for a pillow, where we typically use one side of the cover. I do not understand why they choose to make a body pillow cover that has two different sides with different feeling materials on each side. A body pillow is used with BOTH sides, even as we turn left and right as well sleep. Well, as least I do. So, I prefer that my body pillow have the same material all over the cover so I don't have to choose and adjust what side I prefer while I'm half asleep and turning during sleeping.There is a very soft side, that feels like my other all bamboo fabric. And, the other side of this cover has a synthetic, polyester fabric side. It is quite unique in that this polyester side does actually feel COOLER to the softer bamboo side.It would have been a much cooler and useful idea to make this cover "reverse-able" by turning it inside out, so a person can use either the soft and "warmer" bamboo material, or turn it inside out to use the cool feeling poly side. However, as it is you have two sides, and turn either side towards your body as you like, but then have to make sure that when you turn while sleeping that you make sure to adjust what side you like.The material, overall, is a bit thinner compared to my all bamboo body pillow cover. But, it's still very nice material and plenty thick and sturdy. Overall construction, and the zipper, is VASTLY better and superior to the all bamboo Snuggle-pedic body pillow cover, which costs double.I will NEVER buy another Snuggle-pedic pillow or body pillow cover due to the extremely pathetic zipper they use. The more expensive snuggle-pedic cover has the WORST zipper that does not close well at it's end, and over time comes OFF easily. I had two of these, and BOTH had the zipper head come off completely, as there is nothing to prevent it from coming off. And on top of that, the metal zipper head has very sharp "teeth" that are part of the zipper head design. If the zipper lever is not put into a "lock" position, it's easy for those sharp teeth to cut your lower legs and feet. And, even when the lever is in the "lock" position, it easily dislodges as you sleep and move around. I've been cut about 5 different times with various length and depth cuts. Twice, I was cut deeply enough that there was blood on the cover, my bed sheets, and my feet. Ridiculous that such a dangerous design is still being sold, and, it gets excellent reviews!If you like the idea of a body pillow with two different material sides, and one side is distinctly cooler in feel, then this will be a great cover for you. And it's price is excellent given the quality.Again, for me, I prefer a cover with the same material all around, but that's for each person to decide what they like.

I really love this pillow case. There are a few things I wish were different. It is slightly misleading, it seems that it is advertised to be reversible for warm/ cool, like turning inside our. I’m a hot sleeper, I have no interest in warming pillow cases lol. So one side is cooling, one is warming. It’s annoying. I keep the cooling side face up closest to my body and it works. Another issue I have with this is major piling. It started almost immediately. This is definitely not a piece that is aesthetically pleasing (because of the piling and the “cool” written on it). Overall nice cooling pillow that I enjoy, hoping to find a more fully cooling pillow that is aesthetically pleasing as well.

I love this pillow cover case. It does have two sided, one side is soft and the other cool material. I washed it and dried with no heat just air and it came out fantastic. Totally recommend this pillow cover case. If you suffer from HOT. This cover is for you.

This is my second pillow. I gave my first one to my pregnant niece, who loved it. I use with a cooling case in summer and fur case in the winter. I think it's filled with plenty of foam but it's easy to add more or take out some it you need to.

I like this pillow case. It had 2 sides. 1 side is cool and the other is warm. Neither side is uncomfortable. It’s washer and dry safe. It was a good purchase for me.

After only one night, I love it! Holy cow. I suffer from night sweats and thought I'd try this on a whim. It is actually COLD when you first snuggle with it, and I didn't wake up drenched against the full length of body pillow. When I got up to go to the bathroom in the night, it cooled off quickly and was chilly again when I got back in bed. I think this might be the beginning of a cooling relationship!! One side is cool, the other side is soft and feels like a nice, almost velvety, pillowcase.

I have this pillow case for two years (mostly in the storage), but I don't really use it too much since it has become uncomfortable. The fabric get those tiny balls after washing and drying.Only one side has the cooling effect and it only last for a few minutes, it get warm after touching your body.
