Review: Excellent quality & does the job - Excellent quality & does the job. I like the 'upside' which has a 'V' of strong steel welded to that face, so you can rest that side on your worktop without splatters dropping off onto it. Worth the money.
Review: Good quality and not at all flimsy - I have used this a few times now and very pleased. Does the job and a lot less mess to clean afterwards. It’s easy to clean and feels sturdy. Would recommend

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why is it better than a cheap one you can buy for 5 dollars?**
A: The BergKoch Splatter Screen is a premium quality kitchen tool that comes with a LifeTime Warranty. It is made with precision and care for detail using the best materials. If you buy a 5-dollar product, it will fall apart after a few uses, ours is guaranteed for life.

**Q: Anyone know how to clean grease that has worked its way into the rim over time? Was great for a year now it smokes from hidden grease inside the rim**
A: Dear customer,
At this point, it does need some heavy duty cleaning.
Try soaking it in a soapy water for a while, running it though dishwasher (at the highest water temperature), applying extra effective detergent.
Also kindly note that all returning customers are offered a discount. If you lost your promo code, simply contact us after placing an order and we will make the refund.
Best regards,
Andrew,
BergKoch Customer Service

**Q: My frying pan is 12,5 inch . I am not sure if I should get the 13 or 15 inch platter screen? Any advice would be appreciated**
A: Either would work. If you think you might get a bigger pan someday go for the 15, but the 13 will work with your 12.5 pan. It doesn't matter if the screen is bigger than the pan.

**Q: Is this screen oven safe?**
A: Kindly note that the BergKoch Splatter screen was designed to be used on a frying pan on a stove, not the oven. The product description and user manual specifically state that the product is NOT OVEN SAFE.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality and not at all flimsy
*by L***Y on 4 October 2023*

I have used this a few times now and very pleased. Does the job and a lot less mess to clean afterwards. It’s easy to clean and feels sturdy. Would recommend

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It is ok!
*by L***S on 17 August 2023*

Sturdy and reduces the splatter compared to my last one. Good value for money. I just dislike how from the first use they become discoloured due to the heat (unless it fits your pan perfectly), but that is not specific to this model. I want it to be shiny!
