Once I received them and opened the box I had a lot of skepticism and just about returned them. They were much bigger than I had envisioned (approx. 2.5" square) and I didn't see any good place to mount them. However after thinking about it for awhile I tried one in the best mounting place I could find. I have a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sahara, there isn't a large enough flat surface for these to mount to. But I mounted it as shown in the photo, where only part of the mounting surface is used.Bottom line after putting the reflective tape on the door sill these work great. The "jeep" image is bright, clear, and approx. three feet in diameter.Definitely will buy another set for the rear doors. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Trucks need the silver tape, don't throw it away *by L***I on April 14, 2019* They don't automatically turn on when I open my door because I threw away the silver tape to increase sensing distance. I'm not upset with the product, just wish I could have more tape sent to me because I have to manually power them off if I want to look cool getting out of my truck at the meets.Edit: battery life is horrible ### ⭐ One didn’t work after week, battery door wouldn’t stay on onother *by R***M on April 26, 2019* Worked good for a week then battery case door came off and batteries fell out on passenger side put back in and taped closed, driver side came on wouldn’t shut off, until batteries removed.
