It's not harsh, at all. For sensitive skin, it's perfect! The time release is great too because it means your skin doesn't get oily after just an hour or two.The cleanser smells good, not chemically, and it leaves your skin tingly clean. It never stings or dries you out too much.I use this once or twice a day (depending on my level of activity) with my Clarisonic Mia and every since, I've had very minimal breakouts. Used to have them like crazy - and I mean the two weeks to heal deep acne. It was painful and awful. My current system works like a charm!
