For an active body builder, the calories aren’t too much, you get healthy fats, and frickin 32g protein. Protein products are usually sold at a premium being a specific sort of product so my only critique would be eventually lowering the price point a little. The ingredients aren't too insane. The flavor is real nice and the texture is soft and a little chewy. They're a great snack or meal replacement. The protein bars are massive but they definitely fill you up. They are also super sweet and delicious, so if you ever get cravings for a twix or snickers but want a more healthy option, here it is. I think that if there was one thing I could change about this product, it would be the size. The bars are just so large, they are definitely a meal replacement bar and cannot be eaten as a snack unless you portion it off. Besides that, my only other complaint is that my girlfriend and I (who are both lactose intolerant) noticed that it was causing some serious stomach issues for us.
