Review: so sad that the price to purchase the same product in ... - I would pay pennies for manti while in Turkey; so sad that the price to purchase the same product in the States is so expensive, however, it was a taste of home without having to roll and form the pasta by hand. A must have to have on hand at all times! My grandchildren love it and want me to prepare manti when they bring their friends. The bag arrived sealed and fresh, not crushed or broken. Cok guzel!

Cooks perfectly and uniformly, without any hard spots, unlike may other dry manti products we have tried. We cook it with beef bullion in the boiling water, and serve adding garlic yogurt, butter melted with paprika, dry mints and sumac. Quite delicious!
