The cover feels hard but smooth, and it softens glare, which makes it appear sleeker. It also came with a keyboard protector, a screen cover, and a strange pig-shapes mousepad.In all, I enjoy the case, but there are a few parts where it falls short, which makes me realize that I got what I paid for.1) The case is very soft and well fitting, but we wary of sweaty/greasy hands - the moment you get those on the soft cover, they leave marks that give off unpleasant glares that are very difficult to rub or wash off.2) When I got the screen cover, it came with a nick in the cover that looked terrible on the screen, and although the bubbles were my fault, the cover also had a terrible glare to it that made me throw it away instantly.3) The keyboard cover is nice, and it's nice to get it with the case. However, it is fairly bulky, and it slows down your typing immensely.4) For the Kensington lock, at first I thought the cover blocked it (and thus the description was false), but I realized you have to open the cover about 1/8" to fit the lock. So no worries about a lack of security!Now it depends what you're interested in. If you type slow normally, or you don't have naturally sweaty hands or aren't a neat freak, this the cover for you. It also comes with a strange felt-like pig about the size of a fully open hand. Top and bottom snapped on perfectly. The keyboard cover is a nice plus especially for those of us who like to eat while typing! I got the gray color which looks awesome. It is definitely a great product with a very reasonable price! I like this case so much that I am thinking about buying another one as a backup. I wasn't at all satisfied. The product arrived on time but when I opened the package I was surprised. The top piece of the case was cracked all the way through. It was close to a 5 inch crack. Neither the top piece or the bottom piece fit my Mac. Yes. I looked for the measurements and ordered the right case. Already frustrated, I kept opening products to find that the keyboard cover doesn't fit tightly and neither does the screen protector.
