## Description

Product Description This Westbrass Touch-Flo Style Faucet provides convenient dispensing of pure cold water from a dedicated countertop fixture. Its solid brass construction offers dependable durability, while the single plastic spring-piston handle assembly provides simple water-flow control. The faucet measures 6-1/2 inches in overall height with a 2-5/8 inch spout projection and fits countertops up to 1-3/8 inches thick. It can be mounted through openings greater than 1/2 inch and up to 1-3/8 inches in diameter, with adapters available separately for thicker countertops. A 1/4 inch compression tube inlet allows connection to a compatible cold-water supply, filtration system, or in-line chiller. When used with a water filter, the filtration unit should be installed between the water supply and faucet; the Westbrass F400 filter unit and F400R replacement cartridges are sold separately. This cold-water faucet cannot be modified for use with a hot-water tank and includes faucet trim only. From the Manufacturer Westbrass was founded in 1935 by two brothers, to serve the needs of all plumbing wholesalers on the West Coast. The product lines at the time included items such as faucets, valves, malleable fittings, etc. After becoming the premier distributor of plumbing products, the company was bought in 1985 by Max Homami. Seeing a boom in the Home Improvement Industry, Mr. Homami had a vision to make Westbrass the leader in Kitchen & Bath Accessories. The company currently manufactures its own products made of the highest quality materials. In order to ensure the excellence in the industry, these products are made to pass the highly stringent requirements of NSF, IAPMO, ADA and many other regulations. The Los Angeles-based company now sells a wide range of Plumbing Specialty Products, Bath Waste & Overflows, as well as Decorative Kitchen & Bath Accessories worldwide. Westbrass holds several patented items including the Deep Soak Overflow designed for extra-deep soaking in most bathing-wells, the Closing Linear overflow and several other intellectual properties. The customer base includes kitchen & bath showrooms, plumbing wholesalers and supply houses, OEM and ODM companies, as well as several national home centers.

Review: Perfect Fit - Great quality and perfect fit. You will need a 3/8" to 1/4" compression reducer or hose so that it fits to the standard 3/8" water valve under the kitchen sink. If the reducer was included this would be a much easier and fun and rewarding install for all DIYs. Cheers!
Review: Wont fit granite countertops - This item WILL NOT work with granite countertops because the threaded supply tube is too short. I replaced the supply tube with a longer one that pulled off of another spout. I had to make this spout work because of the shutter swing out clearance requirement as shown in photo. Note to manufacturer: put a longer supply tube on this product.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How can this possibly fit on a 2” counter top? The mounting neck at least 1.5 inches too short.**
A: it wont fit on a 2" thick counter top. Mountain plumbing makes an adapter piece to add to this nipple to make it longer. Part number is MT600/ADPT

**Q: Does this faucet have any lead? Is it designed for use also with Reverse Osmosis?**
A: No lead. Probably handle any 1/4 line from any filter system.

**Q: I experiencing a leak which I can't seem to fix. Water seems to be coming down the pipe rather than the connection. Anybody else have leaks?**
A: ours used to leak out the top by the lever and we gave up on it and purchased a different one that has an actual on/of lever.

**Q: What size hole do you need on the counter to install this?**
A: Rosemarie, this fits into the typical hole size. I had a cast iron Kohler and it simply fit within. I small rubber washer went immediately below the spout, then a bezel, then another rubber washer to the sink porcelain (in my case). Can't remember what went on the bottom side. Buy this handle, you'll like it. The water pressure is velocity sensitive of the handle pressure. As I remember , it is has a good guarantee. I was squeemish because of the plastic handle, but that doesn't seem to be an issue. I only wish it stuck out just a wee bit further, but no regrets. Good luck.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was a nice piece and was easy to install
*by M***S on March 11, 2017*

This was a nice piece and was easy to install. There is only one little issue...the dimpled alignment washer did not fit the standard hole. Other than that, no issues.
