I went right to desertcart and there they were and for a price for a box full of assorted sizes less than one or two of the ultra expensive kind that you buy from the people who put on home demonstrations and sell storage ware items directly. Now, nothing is that perfect, right? The lids will come off at some point, right? Maybe, maybe not. After all the brand of toothpaste I use has a cap attached just like these lids and I've never had a cap separate on any of the many tubes I've used over the years. Even so, if a lid should separate after years of use, they're very reasonably priced and buying a new set definitely won't break the bank. They do appear to be sturdy and well made and as a picky person by nature, I'm not that all concerned about the lids separating. I've been using them for about 3 weeks now and have found food keeps perfectly in them and I hand wash them even though I don't think there were any warnings about not using a dishwasher. I may be wrong on that but I don't see a reason to put them in the dishwasher mainly because of their awkward shape with the lid attached they may not get as thoroughly washed. For the extra minute for hand washing I think it's worth it. To be saved from having to constantly search for lids, these containers are definitely worth it. Note: At the time I searched desertcart for these there were two separate listings.
