That was before I realized that even though this foundation is in a tube, you still have to shake it before use. Once I did that it gave me a totally different outcome! It’s not a cream but definitely a liquid foundation; not completely runny. The only thing I don’t like about it is that it doesn’t keep oil at bay. As someone with oily and super sensitive skin, I can’t use primers because they can cause hives so I depend on matte foundations to block oil.
