Review: Best jar mayo - While I'll always prefer homemade mayo for best taste, you just can't beat jar stuff for easy of use for quick prep. I've always used Helmanns, which is decent, but chefs I follow on YouTube mentioned Duke's so I bought. Yeah......it's really good. Very egg forward. I like to add a bit of lemon juice though to brighten flavor a bit and thin it somewhat. I will keep ordering in the future.

**Q: is this glass or plastic**
A: Plastic.

**Q: Why does the squeeze bottle version have different ingredient? (High fructose corn syrup)? I would think it would be the same.**
A: I do not know- perhaps the squeeze bottle is older/newer, or it needs it to come out of the bottle? I would contact Dukes Mayo

**Q: Do you have a glass jar ?  Dukes always passed lab tests in the glass jars, now the testing comes back with hormones and chemicals (plastic jar) and**
A: No glass jar, wish it was. I agree that glass is a better container for sanitary as well as taste concerns

**Q: I just noticed that the ingredients changed to adding natural flavors?  Too bad.  This has always been a staple in our home.**

Bought the 8oz bottle. I feel like it would be a travel size for camping. As a side by side comparison with Best Foods I feel like it is super similar and maybe leans towards one notch tangier. Best Foods does have sugar where as Dukes does not if that is your selling point. Value wise I feel like it is super pricy and am not sure if I would get it again when it really didnt stand out to Best Foods.
