The profile may be low but the power ratings are certainly not – the DC7 puts out a maximum of 48W from its 9 outlets and allows the user to connect multiple high-current effects such as devices from Effectrode and Eventide without noise of any kind. It's not immediately evident or called out that I can see. Yes, once you know, you can plainly see the phono jacks in the pictures -- but if you haven't used phono plugs in years, or never have, you won't recognize them. That said, great unit! Plenty of power in a small size, with no bulky external power supply, no other "modules" to buy, just a regular IEC power cord. It comes with a good selection of cables with phono plug on one end and barrel plug on the other (plus a couple polarity reversers and even a 1/8" TS plug), and you can buy current doublers and whatnot, separately. I happen to have a bunch of phono cords that I no longer use, and good soldering skills, so I adapted my own current doubler to power an HX Stomp. You have to buy both the voltage doubler and the yellow-tipped HX Stomp sized cable separately. Neither were available on Amazon last I checked, but you can get them at Sweetwater or the Eventide online store. **Q: Is it 110V to 240V?** A: Specs say it will handle either: Universal Mains Input: 90~265V AC Mine came with a standard IEC power cable **Q: Is it sturdy enough to be used on top of pedalboard as a pedal riser?** A: It is very sturdy so I think you can. Power Supply Flexible, Versatile ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It works, configurable outputs, no hum...albeit a bit expensive. *by D***N on May 26, 2025* This is an expensive power supply, but it puts out the amount of power I need for modern pedals and hasn't produced any hum that I was getting with my older Voodoo Labs Pedal Power Supply unit. It came with just enough cables for my needs, but I wish they included a few more. You can configure each output for different voltages, which is handy. The mounting screws are tiny, but they seem to hold well and the mounting holes line up nicely with my Temple Audio pedal board. The compact size is a plus, as it will fit onto or under most pedal boards.
