Overall, I'm delighted. They seem well made and built to last. I have only two minor complaints: 1) I would like it if they were closer to a 45° angle than a 90°. I suspect these are about a 75° angle. I like to be able to stir with them, and it's a bit awkward with these. 2) the handles are weighted; I would prefer they were lighter. I'm thinking that if I had to stand a stir a gravy with these for 10 minutes or more, my arm might get tired. Other than those two things, I'm very happy with my purchase.
