Have only owned it about a month, but using it daily in the lake. It seems very sturdy. No rips or tears despite my man-handling of it. Leave it outside in the shade & turned on its side so my dogs and other animals don't walk across it. Feel confident I will be able to use it into October/November, store it, and then use it again next Spring/Summer. If I had to guess it will last years if kept indoors for the most part. Had some sticker shock initially for these style of floats, but now feeling it was worth it.
