The Renshaw fondant pro extra has a firmer texture than standard Renshaw fondant. This fondant is specially formulated to be extra firm and extra elastic. This makes it suitable for hotter and more humid climates! The vanilla flavoured fondant from the UK is highly elastic, but firm and doesn’t stick. Due to its smooth finish it ideal for covering cakes, but can also be used for make beautiful decorations. You need approx. 500 gram fondant to cover a round cake with dia of 24-26 cm or a square cake of 20x20 cm. Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil, humectant (E422), emulsifier (E471), stabilisers (E413, E466), preservative (E202), colour (E122), flavouring. E122 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. This product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Kosher and Halal certified. Allergy advice: made in a factory that handles nuts. Content: 250 gram.
