Easy set up, and easy to use! If you are going to have it hanging, you may have to use a larger carabiner, the one supplied is on the smaller side.The light worked for us the first day, and then we noticed an issue with the cable. We sent a message to customer service and had a response that same day. Our contact there was on top of it! I personally feel as though they went above and beyond, being as we started with communication via Amazon, moved to text and then direct email. They sent us a new cable and all is well now! Our plants are happy, and so are we (one full month now with this product and there has been no impact on our electric bill).
