After contacting seller they did refund 50% of the purchase price, so I am happy with that. As for the product, it works, although my hair has a nice salt and pepper look, my beard and mustache are totally grey, After using this product while taking a shower for a week or so my beard and mustache now match my hair and it looks totally natural without appearing to be dyed.
