My phone (android 6.0, xperia z5) worked perfectly with these on and I didnt even have to turn on the "glove mode" feature in settings.The only part that concerned me is the sewing on the finger tips and where the fingers meet, especially where the thumb meets. again, as I said it fit well, no knots or anything like that, but up close it looked a little less professional then in my mind and a little more "grandma's homemade sweater" then I expected. Maybe my fingers are short? But they did not go to the end of the glove. I did not take a star away for that reason, because the quality of the glove was great. I was expecting a thin, glove, that everyone sells. The texting did not work for me even when I shoved my fingers into the end of the glove. I was told by many people don't expect it to work or work well. I got a few letters. But ended up taking them off. I needed them for a Red Sox night game beginning of season and was only able to buy online. They are warm and thick but not bulky. My only complaint is they're a little big ( I have small hands) so I really can't use them because my fingers don't reach the end of the fingers in the gloves. There wasn't an option of different sizes. If you have small hands, I wouldn't recommend!
