Made with simple ingredients Natural Beef concentrate is made with beef bones, filtered water and sea salt. Its thick liquid texture makes it easy to spoon out the amount you need. Why is the broth milky white? When stirred into hot water, naturally occurring fats and proteins from the beef bones disperse through the broth, giving it a creamy, milky-white appearance. Cook with Natural Beef Add Natural Beef concentrate to soups, stews, sauces, gravies and noodle dishes for savoury flavour. Stir it into your cooking to taste. ## Features - Made with Australian Beef Bone Broth Made with Australian beef bone broth and naturally evaporated sea salt for everyday savoury cooking - For Soups, Stews & Sauces Suitable for soups, stews, sauces, gravies, casseroles and slow-cooked meals - For Broth or Cooking Add directly to recipes or dilute with hot water to prepare a savoury broth or stock base - 39 Serves Per 390g Jar Concentrated format providing 39 serves per jar for broth preparation and everyday cooking - Pure Beef Bone Broth Concentrate No herbs or spices added, giving you a versatile savoury base that can be seasoned to suit your recipe ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07SLWGXJD | | ASIN | B07SLWGXJD | | Age Range Description | Adults | | Best Sellers Rank | 9,880 in Grocery ( See Top 100 in Grocery ) 12 in Tinned Beef Broth & Bouillon | | Brand Name | ABBCo | | Colour | Brown | | Container Type | Jar | | Country of Origin | Australia | | Country of origin | Australia | | Cuisine | Australian Cuisine | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 4.4 out of 5 stars (1,018) | | Customer reviews | 4.4 4.4 out of 5 stars (1,018) | | Diet Type | Gluten Free | | Flavour | Natural Beef | | Is Green Purchasing Law Compliant | No | | Item Form | Liquid | | Item Highlight | 39 serves; Australian beef bone broth concentrate; for soups, stews, sauces, gravies and slow-cooked meals | | Item Package Weight | 0.7 Kilograms | | Item Volume | 0.39 Kilograms | | Item Weight | 390 Grams | | Manufacturer | Retail Fusion Pty Ltd | | Manufacturer | Retail Fusion Pty Ltd | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | Package Size Name | 375g jar | | Product Dimensions | 13 x 7 x 7 cm; 390 g | | Size | 390 ml (Pack of 1) | | Specialty | Dairy Free, Preservative Free | | Unit Count | 390.0 millilitre | ## Product Details - **Brand:** ABBCo - **Flavour:** Natural Beef - **Item form:** Liquid - **Number of items:** 1 - **Package information:** Jar ## Images ![ABBCo Beef Bone Broth Concentrate, 390g - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31UxXzdUIeL.jpg) ![ABBCo Beef Bone Broth Concentrate, 390g - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31uPNERPxrL.jpg) ![ABBCo Beef Bone Broth Concentrate, 390g - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31J5S7NBfEL.jpg) ![ABBCo Beef Bone Broth Concentrate, 390g - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31HXV+EuEzL.jpg) ![ABBCo Beef Bone Broth Concentrate, 390g - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41W54MGC68L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Hello, why does it turn white when stirred up? Thank you** A: Thank you for the question. Our bone broth is a concentrated broth made up of only bones and salt. We don't include veggies and other products in our broth. So that is why when you mix it the broth will be white. You can flavor your cup of broth as you wish with your preferred herbs or spices. Regards Maria **Q: Hi. if you are using this solely as broth during say if and keto how long does an average jar last? how many cups of broth would i get approximately?** A: The jar is 375g with a suggested serving size of 10g which gives you 37.5 portions so will last just over a month obviously if you use a smaller serving it will last longer. I mix mine with a small scoop of protein collagen, ground turmeric, black pepper and a teaspoon of grass fed ghee and it tastes great. Add a spoonfull of BHB salt and mct oil to kickstart ketosis. **Q: What sort of salt is used please? (evaporated salt seems unclear/ is it sea salt? himalayan? celtic? many thanks 😊** A: Thanks for the question. We use naturally evaporated sea salt. It is displayed on our ingredient list for viewing. Regards Maria **Q: Does it tell you how much Salt per serving? Can’t see this on the listing? Thanks** A: I have a spoonful of this every day. The one I take is 'Best of the Bone' Bone Broth with Healing Mushroom if I can get it. I have read the small print on the side of the jar and this is what it says ; Average Quantity of nutrients/10 gm Protein 3.8g 18 different amino acids average quantity 400 mg Fat1.7g Carbohydate and sugar 0.0g Sodium 473 mg I hope that answers the question. ## Frequently Bought Together - Australian Beef Bone Broth Concentrate - Natural Beef Flavor- Super healthy nutrient dense beverage.
